Still today there are heavy discussions about transport. Should we use the private car, public transport or even bikes. The way which a person must pass until the end should be the fastest. In cases it makes sense to use public transport where e.g. heavy traffic is expecte the train is a good choice. When taking public transport the last mile to reach home is the most difficult one. And this „last mile“ is very similar to use cases for it. The reason behind is very simple. „The last mile“ is that one where new concepts fit it like car sharing and such. When looking at AI it seems to fit very well in processes like customer support, content creation, speech to text and such. Which seems to be similar to the last mile issue. It is kind of a „last handle“ because as the „last mile“ its „fuzzy“ which is: It is somewhere in a region where e.g. the train is stopping but the train does not stop right in front of the your house. This last handle process is for sure based on processes humans must do because of its fuzzyness.
